Position Overview

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with strong programming and technical support experience to support mission-critical broadcast systems for a government customer in Chantilly, VA. This role will provide hands‑on engineering, troubleshooting, automation, and cloud-based support for customer broadcast platforms and related infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting cloud environments, developing scripts or software solutions, troubleshooting complex systems, and working closely with technical teams to ensure reliable system performance. This position is well suited for an engineer who enjoys solving technical problems, improving system efficiency, and supporting operational systems in a secure mission environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for customer broadcast systems and related infrastructure.
  • Support cloud-based systems, applications, and services used in broadcast operations.
  • Troubleshoot system, application, network, and cloud infrastructure issues.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve scripts, tools, and software solutions to support system operations.
  • Assist with automation of recurring technical support, monitoring, deployment, and maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, software development, and customer teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability across cloud and broadcast environments.
