Job Description:ย 

The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining the enterprise cybersecurity platform infrastructure that enables detection, investigation, and response to cyber threats. This role works closely with Security Operations and Incident Response Teams to ensure that security monitoring and response technologies operate reliably and effectively. The engineer will assist with deployment, integration, automation, and ongoing maintenance of mission-critical cybersecurity systems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a security mindset and has experience supporting large-scale security monitoring and response environments.

Job Responsibilities:ย 

  • Maintain and support enterprise cybersecurity infrastructure used for threat detection, monitoring, and response.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of security technologies across the enterprise environment.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between security platforms, logging systems, and other enterprise tools.
  • Support ingestion, normalization, and management of large volumes of security telemetry and log data.
  • Create and maintain automation scripts and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot system performance, data flow issues, and platform reliability across security tooling.
  • Work closely with Security Operations Center (SOC) analysts to improve monitoring capabilities and investigative workflows.
  • Participate in upgrades, patching, and configuration management of cybersecurity platforms.
  • Document system architecture, operational procedures, and configuration standards.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to onboard new data sources and security capabilities.
  • Assist with tuning, optimization, and scaling of security monitoring platforms.
  • Provide technical support during cybersecurity incidents when platform-level expertise is required.

Qualifications:ย 

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science or related fieldย

  • Strong interest in IT Securityย 

  • Ability to communicate ideas in both a technical and user-friendly languageย 

  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detailย
