Responsibilities
As a Cloud Developer III, you will be responsible for developing cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks. You will implement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices and support a robust, hybrid cloud infrastructure that provides the necessary backbone for delivering high-bandwidth services.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks to enable PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS
  • Implement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices
  • Analyze applications and make recommendations for migration to cloud environments
  • Provide strategies for failure/recovery and cost optimization of cloud services
  • Develop and implement cloud applications and migrate existing on-premises applications to the cloud
  • Debug cloud stacks and manage policies for the use of cloud services
  • Establish secure cloud environments and ensure appropriate availability/uptime design
  • Work independently designing and developing new software products for cloud environments
  • Enhance existing cloud software for performance and scalability
  • Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities
  • Support the multi-enclave environment (Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret)
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to ensure seamless integration

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree with 8 years of experience OR Associate degree with 11 years of experience OR High School/Diploma with 14 years of experience.
  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • US Citizenship is required
  • Experience with SAFe Agile framework
  • Strong understanding of cloud security requirements in government environments
  • Proficiency with:
    • AWS GovCloud, SC2S, C2S cloud platforms
    • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
    • Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
    • Cloud security implementation
    • CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.
