Cox Automotive seeks a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer in Atlanta, GA. The role is ideal for a curious, adaptable engineer who thrives in a fastโ€‘paced environment, enjoys working across the stack, and is excited to explore emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), to help drive our nextโ€‘generation core products. As a senior team member, you will drive technical excellence, mentor junior engineers, and champion best practices in cloudโ€‘native, DevOpsโ€‘focused software engineering.

Compensation

Base salary $101,500 โ€“ $169,100 plus incentive program. Compensation may vary within the anticipated range based on location and candidate qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions that meet user story requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Write and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure software quality and reliability.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience designing and developing web applications.
  • 4+ years experience building and deploying applications in an AWS cloud environment.
  • 4+ years proficiency in Python, Java, or React.js.
  • 4+ years experience using Git or similar version control systems.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to openโ€“source projects or communities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience or familiarity with mobile development using Dart and the Flutter framework.
  • AWS certifications (Developer, Solutions Architect, or DevOps) highly preferred.
  • Experience working with AI technologies or strong curiosity to incorporate AI into development.
  • Experience leading or contributing significantly to largeโ€‘scale technical projects.
