Job Summary:
eTeam is a company seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems using generative AI models and various frameworks. The role involves collaborating with teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions and optimizing agent performance for high-quality user experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Proficiency in technologies like Agentic AI, Gen AI, RAG, Python, Lang Graph, Lang Chain
• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems using generative AI models, agent frameworks, custom orchestrators, enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party tools.
• Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and reasoning pipelines to ensure grounded, reliable, and adaptive agent behavior.
• Collaborate closely with GenAI engineers, application teams, MLOps, product, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize agent performance, ensuring safety, accuracy, trustworthiness, and high-quality user experience.
• Stay up to date with advancements in multi-agent orchestration, RAG techniques, cognitive architectures, and AI safety practices.
• Work with business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade data and AI solutions.
• Demonstrate strong experience in enterprise-level data ingestion, transformation, analysis, and problem-solving, along with effective cross-functional communication skills.
