About the Role

Rx Savings Solutions is looking for a Marketing Automation Engineer to build, test,optimize, and support scalable marketing automation programs across member engagement and demand generation. This role works hands-on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create personalized email, SMS, direct mail, and lifecycle journeys that improve member engagement, customer experience, and commercial growth. The ideal candidate brings technical marketing operations experience, strong data fluency, and a disciplined approach toaccuratecampaign execution, testing, documentation, and platform best practices.

WhatYou'llDo

  • Build, QA, deploy, andoptimizeautomated and ad hoc campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, data extensions, SQL queries,AMPscript, and segmentation logic.

  • Translate campaign requirements into scalable marketing automation workflows,journeys,audience targeting, personalization rules, and triggered communications across email,SMSanddirect mail.

  • Configure andmonitordata extensions, automations, audience filters, and campaign processes to supportaccurate, compliant, andtimelyexecution.

  • Partner with various teams such as Product, Engineering, Data and Analytics, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess feasibility, resolve execution issues, and improve campaign performance.

  • Supportdata strategy,integrations and data flows between Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and related technology systems.

  • Develop and support responsive email templates and dynamic content using HTML, CSS,AMPscript, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices.

  • Analyze campaign performance, testing results, and audience data toidentifyinsights and recommend improvements to journeys, segmentation, and reporting.

  • Maintain clear documentation for campaign builds, QA steps, automation logic, data dependencies, and operational processes.

  • Develop and implement system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.

Basic Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, CRM operations, marketing automation, orrelatedtechnical marketingroles.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable enterprise marketing automation platform.

  • Experience building marketing automation campaigns, journeys, audience segments, data extensions, automations,andtriggered communications.

  • ProficiencyinSQL,AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and responsive email development.

  • Experience supporting email, SMS, direct mail, lifecycle, transactional, or demand generation campaigns.

  • Experience using campaign data, testing results, or performance reporting to recommend optimization opportunities.

  • Experience documenting campaign requirements, QA results, build logic, or operational processes.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, Developer, or Consultant certification.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud Connect,Data Cloud/Data360, APIs,Agentforceor marketing technology integrations.

  • Experience supporting regulated, healthcare, HIPAA, PHI, PII, or compliance-sensitive environments.

  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, personalization, dynamic content, lead nurturing, or customer journey optimization.

  • Familiarity with data hygiene, naming conventions, deliverability, CAN-SPAM,TCPA,consent management, and email or SMS best practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.
