Company Description

Come What Mae is not for everyone—and we’re okay with that.
We are a fast-growing, size-inclusive women’s boutique built on confidence, connection, and real, everyday style. What we do goes beyond selling clothes—we help women feel seen, comfortable, and confident in their own skin.
This is a high-energy, hands-on environment where standing around isn’t an option. We style, we connect, we move fast, and we take pride in the experience we create for every single customer.
We are a small, driven team—so effort matters here. Attitude matters. Energy matters.
At Come What Mae:
You don’t wait to be told what to do—you take initiative
You don’t avoid customers—you engage and build relationships
You don’t just “work retail”—you create an experience
If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves working with people, and takes pride in doing things well, you’ll do really well here.
If you’re looking for something easy, low-effort, or just a paycheck—this won’t be the right fit.
