As a member of our retail store management team, you will oversee store operations, including buying and selling gently used clothing and accessories, loss prevention, merchandising, and team supervision. Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of daily store operations
  • Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees to ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Motivate and direct store teams to maximize productivity and profitability
  • Communicate daily and weekly store goals to the team

Working Conditions and Expectations
  • Required to work 40-42 hours per week, including 2 nights and rotating weekends
  • Frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and repetitive lifting
  • Vision, coordination, and reading requirements consistent with inspecting items closely and efficiently
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
