We are seeking customer service-oriented individuals who thrive in a lively, team-focused environment for our Sylvania and Perrysburg Clothes Mentor locations. As a member of our retail store management team, you will oversee store operations, including buying and selling gently used clothing and accessories, loss prevention, merchandising, and team supervision. Our company is committed to fostering a supportive and fun workplace, with ample opportunities for growth and professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of daily store operations
  • Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees to ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Motivate and direct store teams to maximize productivity and profitability
  • Communicate daily and weekly store goals to the team
  • Promote exceptional customer service through coaching, training, and role modeling
  • Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards

Working Conditions and Expectations
  • Required to work 40-42 hours per week, including 2 nights and rotating weekends
  • Frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and repetitive lifting
