We are a local title company in search of a pre-closing professional.ย  A pre-closing professional is the main liaison between real estate agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and any other parties involved in the closing process. Basic computer/phone skills are required.ย  You must be able to work efficiently under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude.ย  You will be expected to process multiple files at once.
Experience is in closing field is required. Experience in banking, administrative work, real estate, customer service, and/or the legal field could be a sign that this job is a good fit for you.

Duties include:
  • Maintaining ownership and customer support throughout the life of a file
  • Gather file data
  • Data entry and review for all orders/contracts
  • Anticipating client needs by following up in real time
  • Preparation of documents/packages to be sent out for recording
  • Proofreading documents
  • Electronic storage of time-sensitive documents
