Sales Manager / Finance Manager (Hybrid Role)
For Leaders Who Know How to Drive Results

Most dealerships separate Sales Managers and Finance Managers.

We’re looking for someone who can do both at a high level.

This role is for an experienced automotive professional who knows how to desk deals, close customers, and maximize finance opportunities while helping a sales team perform better every day. If you’re the type who likes being in the middle of the action and taking deals from first pencil to final delivery, you’ll thrive here.

  • Helping close customers and overcome objections

  • Structuring deals that work for the customer, the lender, and the dealership

  • Working with lenders to secure approvals and competitive terms

  • Presenting finance and protection products to customers

  • Driving finance product penetration and overall deal profitability

  • Supporting and coaching sales staff to improve closing ratios

  • Ensuring deals are clean, compliant, and funded quickly

  • Maintaining a strong customer experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who understands that dealership success comes from speed, accountability, and leadership.

The right candidate will have:

  • Strong deal structuring and lender relationship knowledge

  • A history of strong finance product performance

  • Confidence closing customers and supporting the sales team

  • The ability to handle a fast-paced sales environment

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • High personal accountability and work ethic

What This Opportunity Offers

Top performers in this role are highly valued and highly compensated.

We offer:

  • Excellent earning potential with performance-based pay

  • A leadership role with real influence over dealership performance

  • A consistent flow of customers and deal opportunities

  • A team that wants to win and improve every month

  • A dealership focused on growth, accountability, and results

Who Thrives Here

This position is perfect for someone who:

  • Is currently a Finance Manager who wants more influence

  • Is a Sales Manager who understands finance and wants to earn more

  • Enjoys working deals, coaching salespeople, and closing customers

  • Wants to be part of a dealership that expects strong performance

If you’re someone who can run deals, drive finance performance, and help a sales team succeed, we’d like to talk.

Apply today and let’s build something great together.
