Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Regional Closing Specialist to support multiple branch offices. This role is responsible for managing real estate closings from start to finish, coordinating escrow activities, and ensuring every transaction is handled accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly with all parties involved in a transaction, and maintains a high level of professionalism and organization. This position requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage fluctuating workloads while maintaining excellent customer service.

This regional role supports our offices in Oregon, Dixon, Princeton, and Sterling, Illinois. Regular travel between these locations is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and manage residential and commercial real estate closings
  • Coordinate escrow processes and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
  • Review and prepare closing documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction
  • Assist with file processing and ensure timely delivery of required documentation
  • Balance and reconcile escrow accounts as needed
  • Maintain detailed and accurate transaction records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and volume fluctuations across multiple office locations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate, title services, escrow, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with loan documents, closing procedures, and escrow processes
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files and meet strict deadlines
  • Proficiency with title and escrow software systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability and willingness to travel between regional offices
