This is a client-facing sales role that involves in-home consultations, where you'll guide homeowners through the
design process and help bring their dream spaces to life. This is a commission-based position with earnings tied
directly to your sales performance.
Requirements:
  • In Home Sales Experience - design experience is a plus!
  • Must be a self-starter who can build and maintain a pipeline through prospecting and relationship marketing.
  • Proficiency in technology and ability to understand design software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Passion for design

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to understand their storage needs and preferences
  • Ability to proactively identify, pursue, and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Design custom closets and spaces using our software
  • Provide estimates and proposals for custom closet systems
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure accurate and efficient installation
