Job description

Clozetivity is a fast-growing custom storage and home organization company serving the greater Denver area. We design and install beautiful, functional spaces including closets, pantries, mudrooms, garages, home offices, and more.

We're looking for a motivated designer who wants more than just a design role. The ideal candidate is motivated, personable, and proactive. They enjoy helping clients, building relationships, and finding opportunities. While we'll provide leads, our top performers are the ones who naturally stay connected with designers, builders, realtors, past clients, and others in their network. They understand that great relationships create great opportunities.

This position can be full-time or part-time. You'll meet with homeowners, designers and builders to create custom 3D designs, present solutions, and guide clients through the sales process from consultation to close.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-home design consultations
  • Design custom storage solutions using 3D design software
  • Present proposals and close sales
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation
  • Build relationships with referral partners including builders, designers, and realtors
  • Represent the Clozetivity brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We're Looking For

  • Strong design sense and space-planning abilities
  • Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people
  • Self-starter who takes initiative without being managed closely
  • Comfortable asking for business and closing sales
  • Existing network within real estate, construction, design, or home services is a plus
  • Experience with in-home sales, interior design, custom closets, cabinetry, remodeling, or related fields preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
