CLO / ABL / Structured Finance Associate Attorney (3-6+ Years) – New York, NY; Washington, D.C.; Charlotte, NC

Direct Counsel is seeking a CLO / ABL / Structured Finance Associate Attorney to join a highly regarded law firm in New York, NY, Washington, D.C., or Charlotte, NC.

About the Role:

The firm’s Capital Markets department is looking for associates with 3-6 years of substantial experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Private securities offerings and/or securitization
  • General bank lending, including syndicated lending
  • Asset-backed lending and/or structured lending
  • Experience with CLO, ABS, and/or CMBS is a plus, but not required
Qualifications:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction (New York, D.C., or North Carolina) or eligibility for admission
  • Solid law firm experience handling complex structured finance and lending matters
Compensation:
  • Anticipated annual base salary range: $260,000 – $420,000
  • The actual salary will depend on factors such as qualifications, years of experience, and location
