Location: Dallas,TX (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on CLM systems.
CLM Certified Professional having experience in configurations, implementation and support of Contracting, Risk Management, Obligations and Sourcing modules.
Sound business knowledge in the CLM area & have provided standard or customized solutions to business requirements.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Agiloft, Apttus, or Icertis CLM systems.
Strong understanding of the contract lifecycle and quote-to-cash process.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications in CLM systems or related technologies are desirable.
