Job description

Position Summary

We're hiring Production Clipper Operators to join our manufacturing team in Hebron, Ohio. In this role, you'll operate clip gun equipment, support wire production processes, and prepare finished products for packaging and shipment.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate clip gun equipment and production machinery
  • Load magazines and maintain efficient production flow
  • Clip coil loops together throughout the production process
  • Assist with wire production operations as needed
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Package products according to customer and company specifications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and production procedures
Qualifications
  • Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
