Opportunity Details:

Sampson Regional Medical Center, located in Clinton, NC, is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine physician assistant to join its Emergency Medicine team. With an average daily volume of 90-100, we seek a skilled and experienced candidate who maintains a strong focus and commitment to providing outstanding and compassionate care to all patients.

This position will require a minimum of 12 shifts per month. Shift times will be 9A-9P and/or 12P-12A .

Highlights Include:

  • 1099 contract opportunity
  • 22-bed Emergency Department
  • 24-hour hospitalist and radiology coverage
  • Wide scope of services provided at hospital including General Surgery, OBGYN, Orthopedics, Primary Care and Urology
  • Strong air and ground support to immediately transfer patients when needed
  • Ability to live in close proximity to Raleigh or Wilmington, North Carolina
  • Family friendly community with an affordable cost of living
