Job Summary and Qualifications

The Implementations Coordinator will act as the business owner responsible for the successful operations transition of Physician Practices into CSO Physician’s Practice Scheduling Contact Center. Transition projects include, but are not limited to; implementing existing Physician’s office scheduling functions, new Physician’s offices scheduling functions, and Physician office divestures. The position requires solid communication and customer service skills. The Coordinator must have a keen ability to operate both strategically and tactically. The Coordinator must be results-oriented with a demonstrated strong commitment and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done. 


In this role you will: 


  • Actively collaborating with representatives from IT&S, Project Services, CSO Operations, Physician Practice Leadership and staff. 
  • Performing a detailed assessment of current scheduling practices  
  • The Business Owner of assigned physician practice scheduling transition projects 
  • Key communications contact for physician’s offices 
  • Ensuring formal practice staff education occurs and actively engaging in one-on-one training with physician offices related to transition impact to operations and reporting 
  • Escalate issues and risks to the Senior Implementations Manager 
  • Overseeing the user system access validation  
  • Actively coordinating the UAT testing process 
  • Working with CSO Operations team to ensure a smooth transition to operations 
  • Plays a critical role in our future growth opportunities by ensuring successful Physician Practice Scheduling transitions occur 

Qualifications 


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience will be considered 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing multiple projects and programs to successful completion 
  • Healthcare revenue cycle management experience a plus 
  • Experience with large-scale system implementations preferred 
  • HCA-based system experience preferred 
  • Travel will be required
