Job Summary: The Patient Support and Monitoring Associate provides compassionate companionship and safety monitoring for patients, while also supporting service operations within the healthcare environment. This role ensures patient well-being through direct observation, video monitoring, and responsive service assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Companion and Sitter Duties:
    • Provide attentive companionship and support to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
    • Monitor patients for any signs of distress or changes in condition and report promptly to clinical staff.
    • Assist patients with basic needs and provide reassurance to reduce anxiety or agitation.
  • Video Monitoring Technician Duties:
    • Operate and monitor video surveillance systems to observe patient activity and ensure safety.
    • Identify and respond to any unusual or concerning behaviors captured on video.
    • Maintain accurate logs and documentation of monitoring activities and incidents.
  • Service Associate Duties:
