Catholic Health is looking for a reliable and organized Practice Support Associate to support the daily operations of our physician offices. This front-line role ensures smooth patient flow and provides outstanding service both in-person and over the phone.
Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and schedule patient appointments
  • Prepare charts and handle physician correspondence
  • Verify insurance, obtain referrals and authorizations
  • Assist patients with check-in, forms, and general questions
  • Ensure timely and accurate administrative support to clinical staff

Job Requirements:
