• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their recovery goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused sessions, and trauma-informed approaches to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and secure client records in accordance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care continuity.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in the mental health field to enhance the quality of care provided.
