• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to establish patients' needs.
• Collaborate with patients to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with their unique objectives and cultural backgrounds.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in individual, couple, family, and group formats.
• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring coordinated care for patients experiencing acute distress, while working closely with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge to manage mental health challenges effectively.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care approaches.
• Conduct regular outcome assessments to evaluate treatment efficacy and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize client progress.
• Stay current with research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health to continuously enhance clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and maintain the confidentiality of patient information at all times.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
