• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client. Your clinical expertise will guide interventions that foster positive change and resilience.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to engage clients in their individual treatment processes, aiming for measurable improvement and growth.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards while safeguarding client confidentiality in all aspects of your work.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a dedicated treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care and refine treatment strategies as needed.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to uphold the quality of care and share knowledge with colleagues, maximizing learning opportunities within the practice.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment paths, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions and support their loved ones on the path to healing.

• Stay informed about the latest clinical research and advancements in social work, integrating new insights into your practice for optimal client care.

Our rehabilitation center serves a diverse clientele, including adults who are contending with mental health challenges such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety disorders, and major depressive episodes. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their personal journeys through tailored interventions, ensuring that each individual feels heard and supported throughout their treatment process.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid foundation of knowledge and professional competence.

• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois, affirming your commitment to ethical standards and professional growth.

• Experience in evidence-based psychotherapy practices, enabling you to deliver effective treatment that resonates with individual client needs.
