Job description

Clinical Research Finance Coordinator
Posting Summary
The Clinical Research Finance Coordinator will provide financial management and clinical trial budget development support exclusively for the Vaccine Testing Center ( VTC ).
Responsibilities include:
  • salary distribution oversight
  • industry-sponsored clinical trial budget development and tracking
  • financial reporting
  • invoicing coordination
  • operational forecasting

This role works closely with VTC leadership and institutional partners to ensure fiscal accuracy and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Four or more years of experience in sponsored research finance, clinical trial budgeting, or academic medical center research administration.

Desirable Qualifications
Previous experience with clinical research.
Anticipated Pay Range
$55,000-$65,000

Special Conditions
A probationary period may be required, Contingent on continued funding, This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position
