Job description

Huron helps its clients drive growth, enhance performance and sustain leadership in the markets they serve. We help healthcare organizations build innovation capabilities and accelerate key growth initiatives, enabling organizations to own the future, instead of being disrupted by it. Together, we empower clients to create sustainable growth, optimize internal processes and deliver better consumer outcomes.
Health systems, hospitals and medical clinics are under immense pressure to improve clinical outcomes and reduce the cost of providing patient care. Investing in new partnerships, clinical services and technology is not enough to create meaningful and substantive change. To succeed long-term, healthcare organizations must empower leaders, clinicians, employees, affiliates and communities to build cultures that foster innovation to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
Joining the Huron team means you'll help our clients evolve and adapt to the rapidly changing healthcare environment and optimize existing business operations, improve clinical outcomes, create a more consumer-centric healthcare experience, and drive physician, patient and employee engagement across the enterprise.
Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future.

Huron is a global consultancy that collaborates with clients to drive strategic growth, ignite innovation and navigate constant change. Through a combination of strategy, expertise and creativity, we help clients accelerate operational, digital and cultural transformation.
Join our team and contribute to meaningful work while developing the skills to propel your future!
The public sector enabling capabilities organization (ECO) consists of six functions that support Huron at the enterprise level: sales operations, sales enablement, government and policy relations, contracts management, engagement management and engagement assurance. As part of ECO, sales enablement supports sellers to architect client proposals by reviewing and developing content and managing the overall proposal engine and processes according to industry best practices.

This position works in lockstep with proposal managers and across Huron business units, the sales team, and the subject-matter experts (SMEs) to support the overall facilitation and materials for multiple proposals and/or oral presentations/demonstrations simultaneously. This includes administrative and communications support, building templates, managing logistics, supporting contributors, and leveraging AI/automation tools to conduct research, draft content, and support the submission of responsive and compliant proposals.

Supports the preparation of proposals/deliverables by managing logistics and providing administrative, research, and communications support. Typical duties include the following:

  • Support content development by pulling templates and stock content from content management systems, including bios, past performances, client impact stories, and past proposals
  • Develop initial template for content writers, coordinate with corporate stakeholders for necessary documentation and graphics to support proposal creation
  • Effectively communicate status updates and proposal logistics to team members and stakeholders
  • Build simple tables, graphics, and process diagrams for proposals
  • Provide proposal publishing and proofreading support to ensure alignment with brand standards, formatting guidelines, and visual consistency
