We are looking for looking for a dynamic Program Mgr - Adolescents to join our team!
Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a provider of quality psychiatric treatment services for adults , children and adolescents . Our outpatient services are a convenient drive to areas in Hinds County, Madison County and Rankin County. We also provide inpatient services for those who need more structured treatment. Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a 120-bed acute psychiatric care facility located in Flowood, Mississippi. We are accredited by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and certified by Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE®. We provide psychiatric treatment for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, phobia and more . It is important these issues get treated so individuals are able to lead a healthy and happy life.
Position Summary:The Program Mgr- Adolescents is responsible for the administrative / clinical supervision of clinical programs on the Adolescent Residential Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to patients. The Program Mgr- Adolescents will provide program development, coordination and implementation of services to ensure the highest quality of patient care. This role will be responsible for the education/training of Mental Health Technicians on the implementation of therapeutic techniques to enhance milieu management and the reduction of maladaptive behaviors, as well as ongoing support of clinicians. Program Mgr- Adolescents will be responsible for procuring information from patients, community, and community liaison team, designing, implementing and managing quality of services to patients.

Qualifications
Minimum: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university; and three to five years in related work expeience .
Preferred: A current Mississippi license as a LCSW, LMSW, or LPC.
