Job description
About Our Organization
This position supports one of the trusted behavioral health programs within the Advanced Recovery Systems family. Advanced Recovery Systems is the parent organization of The Recovery Village, Promises Behavioral Health, The Right Step, and The Ranch, bringing together established treatment brands with a shared commitment to expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based addiction and mental health care.
While you may work primarily with a specific facility or brand, you will be part of a larger, growing organization focused on improving patient outcomes, supporting our employees and strengthening the communities we serve.
At The Recovery Village, we believe recovery is possible for every individual facing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. Our accredited treatment facility provides compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Licensed Program Coordinator (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Help Launch Our New Sandy Springs Outpatient Program
Are you an independently licensed clinician who's ready to grow into leadership while continuing to make a direct impact with patients?
The Recovery Village is expanding our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) services into the Sandy Springs community, and we're looking for a Licensed Program Coordinator to help build this new program from the ground up.
This is more than a clinical position-it's an opportunity to help shape a growing outpatient program, mentor clinicians, influence program development, and build the foundation for a successful clinical team.
Whether you've formally supervised staff or have naturally emerged as the clinician others turn to for guidance, we'd love to talk with you.
️ Schedule: Monday- Thursday 12:30pm-9:30pm, Friday 8am-5pm
Salary: $90k+
Why Join The Recovery Village?
- Lead the launch of a brand-new outpatient program
- Grow into a clinical leadership role with future advancement opportunities
- Continue providing meaningful patient care while developing your own team
- Work alongside an experienced, collaborative multidisciplinary team
