Job description
- Master's degree in a healthcare field, higher education, educational leadership, public health, or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in academic program development, accreditation, curriculum design, or higher education administration.
- Demonstrated knowledge of academic governance processes and institutional curricular approval workflows.
- Familiarity with regional accreditation standards (preferably the Higher Learning Commission (HLC).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Doctorate in a healthcare or education related field.
- Experience with discipline specific healthcare accrediting bodies (e.g., Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARCPA), Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP), Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP), Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)).
- Experience conducting market research or environmental scanning.
