Summary:
The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple pediatric care offices and a large team of non-exempt and exempt direct reports including supervisors and managers.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of multiple pediatric primary care offices, including scheduling, billing, and medical records management.
2. Oversee people management responsibilities, including hiring, firing, performance evaluations, and rewards.
3. Manage operating budget for each pediatric primary care office, including revenue projections, expense monitoring, and financial reporting.
4. Assist Regional Manager with operational, HR, and quality functions across the region.
5. Responsible for pilot and rollout of initiatives that have high level impact.
6. Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to implement quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care outcomes.
7. Monitor key performance indicators related to patient satisfaction, appointment wait times, and clinical outcomes.
8. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
10. Other duties assigned.
