Location: Baltimore, MD 

Facility: Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital

Department: Mother-Baby Unit

Schedule: Day shift l  Full-time

Salary range: $47.45 - $66.99 per hour

Sign-on bonus: $10,000.00

  • Lead daily clinical operations to ensure a seamless flow for both our patients and our medical providers.

  • Mentor and train incoming staff, setting a high standard for care and ensuring every team member feels supported from day one.

  • Support the care team by acting as a hands-on technical resource, stepping in to perform clinical duties alongside your peers when needed.

  • Ensure clinical excellence by monitoring workflows and compliance, protecting the safety of our patients and the integrity of our practice.

  • Shape the future of our unit by designing and implementing clinical procedures that improve how we deliver care.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Case Manager credentialed from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) preferred.

Education:

  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experiencerequired.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • Minimum 1 year acute care Charge RN experience on a Mother-Baby Unit required.
