  • Position Summary
    • The Nurse Manager assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the delivery of patient care and provides for the development and evaluation of unit personnel. The Nurse Manager demonstrates leadership abilities while maintaining the operational aspects of the patient care unit in collaboration with the Director of Surgical Services. Maintains open communication and is available to component organizations and practitioners sites for consultation.
