URGENTLY HIRING ! AdvisaCare is seeking a Full time Home Health Clinical Manager to join our teams in Oakland, Macomb & Wayne counties. Candidate must hold an active Michigan state Registered Nurse License. The right candidate should be self-motivated, well organized, driven, with strong effective communication skills .

Hours are flexible primarily in office 8:00- 5:00 PM assisting the RN clinical manager with clinical staff education, Field staff training and other duties as assigned. Some travel in the field and to other AdvisaCare offices in the Metro Detroit area occasionally.

Job Description for Clinical Supervisor

  • Oasis documentation review/chart review audits for compliance with State & CMS guidelines
  • Assist with education/onboarding & training of clinical field staff
  • Supervisory clinical staff visits
  • Some travel within the Metro Detroit AdvisaCare service area is required weekly
  • Positive attitude, highly organized team player who is willing to serve as a leader to the clinical team.

Requirements

  • Current MI State Registered Nurse License, TB test, CPR
  • Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
  • Detail oriented, strong critical thinking skills, ability to multi-task, organized with exceptional time management skills
  • Reliable transportation, MI Driver's License & Auto Insurance
  • Home health care experience preferred but NOT required for the right candidate
