Within the Laboratory Unit, also known as Clinical Laboratory Services, Pathology & Laboratory Medicine, and Diagnostic Services/Laboratory Operations, the Clinical Laboratory Night Supervisor will join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional diagnostic services. This mission-driven hospital serves a diverse and growing community with a strong focus on health equity, patient-centered care, and clinical excellence. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Laboratory Services or Director of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine, the Laboratory Technical Supervisor will oversee evening and night operations while supporting a team of experienced MLS and MLT professionals. Responsibilities include staffing, workflow coordination, quality assurance, accreditation readiness, competency development, and laboratory operations across areas such as Chemistry, Hematology, Transfusion Services, and Microbiology. Working closely with nursing, pharmacy, respiratory therapy, and other clinical departments, the Clinical Laboratory Night Supervisor will help ensure accurate, timely results while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
