A great medical center in Albany is seeking a full-time, permanent Generalist (multiple shifts available). They are accepting applications from both MLS|CLS candidates and MLT|CLT candidates.
DESCRIPTION
Perform tests that aid clinicians in the detection and diagnosis of disease and|or monitor the progress of illnesses or treatments initiated by a physician
Performs maintenance and quality control procedures
Use automated equipment and instruments as well as microscopes, cell counters, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree or Bachelors degree in relevant field
NY state license
Clinical lab experience (especially in Chemistry and Hematology)
