The shift for this role is Monday - Friday from 3:00pm - 11:30pm.

Cannabis Lab Assistant
Our Cannabis Lab Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting with the day-to-day laboratory production activities, which include but is not limited to distillation and post-processing tasks, infused concentrate formulation and dispensing, edible base formulation, and equipment cleaning at the direction of the Lab Manager. The Cannabis Lab Assistant will be responsible for maintaining adequate operational procedures and contributing to a support role to ensuring seamless lab operation and increased efficiency.
Your role in caring for our company:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Daily product preparation including preparing equipment and cannabis oil for further processing.
  • Consistently monitors active equipment, performs minor repairs, and reports equipment irregularities to Lab Manager.
  • Operates machinery in accordance with all operational and safety guidelines.
  • Takes instruction and helps on all tasks assigned by Lab Manager.
  • Assists with infused concentrate formulation and dispensing.
  • Assists with infused edible base formulation.
  • Accurately performs tasks related to weighing, liquid handling, and pipetting.
  • Cleans and maintains laboratory, glassware, and other equipment.
  • General manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
  • Assists in the disposal of waste according to established guidelines.

All other duties as necessary.
Qualifications we ask you to have:
  • For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age.
  • You will be asked to pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
  • We ask that you have at least a high school diploma/GED.
  • We ask that you have basic computer skills.
  • General lab experience preferred.
  • Pipetting experience preferred.

Work Schedule/Location:
  • On-site 5 days a week.
