EHR / Clinical Informatics Specialist โ€“ Make Clinical Tech Work for LA Senior Care Company: All Seniors Foundation
Location: Los Angeles, CA About Us

All Seniors Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonโ€‘profit committed to improving the quality of life for older adults across Los Angeles County. We provide medical care, inโ€‘home support, hospice and palliative care, cancer navigation, and 200+ other free services to qualifying seniors. Every service is delivered at no cost, regardless of insurance status.

Role Overview

As EHR / Clinical Informatics Specialist, you will own our electronic health records platform and the broader clinical tech stack. You will configure templates, optimize workflows, train staff, ensure HIPAA compliance, and support clinicians in delivering better care through better tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer our EHR (configuration, user management, template development, integrations)
  • Configure clinical templates, order sets, and documentation workflows for nurses and therapists
  • Train clinical staff on EHR best practices, new features, and workflow updates
  • Audit EHR data quality and identify documentation improvement opportunities
  • Integrate EHR with telehealth, remote monitoring, billing, and analytics platforms
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and security configuration across clinical systems
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in nursing informatics, health information management, or related field
  • 3+ years EHR administration or clinical informatics experience
  • Familiarity with home health EHRs (Axxess, WellSky, HCHB, Devero, MatrixCare)
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA, clinical workflows, and OASIS documentation
