At Missouri Baptist Medical Center, we're seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider – Clinical Program Specialist, Critical Care & Cardiology to lead quality improvement, accreditation, and evidence-based practice initiatives across our critical care and cardiology service lines. This is a unique non-bedside leadership opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about improving patient outcomes through clinical excellence, data analytics, and interdisciplinary collaboration. You'll partner with nursing leadership, physicians, quality teams, and informatics experts to drive meaningful improvements in patient care and support Comprehensive Cardiac Center certification efforts.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift
- No weekends! No call! No holidays!
- lead quality, performance improvement and accreditation
- Analyze clinical and registry data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support evidence-based practice, research, and program development
- Preffered: APRN with Critical Care, ICU, and/or Cardiology experience

Overview
Missouri Baptist Medical Center, an acute care hospital in St. Louis County, offers a full continuum of medical and surgical services, including heart care, cancer, women and infants, breast health, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, stroke, therapy, wound and pain management services. The hospital has a 24-hour adult emergency department and cares for pediatric patients at a separate emergency department in collaboration with St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
Missouri Baptist is the first and only hospital in St. Louis County to be named a Magnet® hospital by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). The prestigious designation is the highest credential a health care organization can receive for nursing excellence and quality patient care.
