TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Brewer, Maine.

Job Description & Requirements

UNIT: Hospice - Ellsworth/Bangor
Manager Interviews

Experience Required: 1 year. Nursing skill set to care for the common diagnosis listed below

Certs Required: BLS. driverโ€™s license and must use own vehicle to drive from patient home to patient home.  ME license.

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: 
S/P orthopedic surgeries, Wound care, Chronic/Acute CHF and COPD, s/p cardiac surgeries, genitourinary, IV antibiotic teaching/central line care, med pre-fills, lab draws

Patient Ratios:  Case Manager averages 25 to 30 patients

Floating: If Ellsworth Territory Census is low may ask traveler to support other agency locations, if census allows.
