This is a remote role that allows for flexibility in your work schedule, with options for four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. • Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Conduct thorough client interviews to collect and evaluate social, personal, and health-related information necessary for assessment and treatment planning.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address client needs and facilitate effective progress toward therapy goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve service delivery, ensuring clients have access to a wide array of community resources.
• Engage in short-term crisis intervention and guide clients through immediate challenges while recommending longer-term solutions and referrals.
• Maintain a trusting relationship with clients, fostering a safe space where they feel respected and valued, allowing for open communication.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness through ongoing evaluation, adjusting interventions as needed based on client progress.
• Document clinical interactions and outcomes meticulously within our electronic health record system, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Manage caseloads efficiently, ensuring timely and effective case documentation and following up on referrals as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to promote best practices and continuous improvement in clinical services.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele dealing with a variety of psychological and emotional challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, substance dependency, grief, and relationship issues. Your expertise will guide clients as they navigate life's stresses and transitions, providing critical support and intervention to enhance their mental well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon is mandatory.

• A minimum of four years of relevant professional experience preferred, particularly in counseling and therapeutic settings.
• Proven experience in treating various behavioral and mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction, and relationship conflicts.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Along with a generous pay structure, employees are eligible for a sign-on bonus, enhancing the overall benefits package. Additional benefits include:
