Acute Care Registered Nurse Opportunity -
Sign-on Bonus Offered /Full Time / Day Shift / Comprehensive Benefits Package
MLR is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's respected healthcare team at a facility near Sublimity, Oregon!
Key Responsibilities for Acute Care RN:
  • Provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals with complex and acute medical needs.
  • Perform thorough patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Administer medications and treatments with accuracy, adhering to facility protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on acute conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation in line with regulatory and organizational standards.
Acute Care RN Qualifications:
  • Active and unrestricted Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the ICU or ER required.
