We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Augusta, GA and surrounding areas. As a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients and their families.

About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work in a hybrid model with a mix of in-home supervision, while being backed by a strong admin team that handles the operational load so you can focus on quality care. You will oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients, conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and more.
