Join our team as a Rehab Director โ€“ Speech-Language Pathologist

Greenfield Rehab is seeking an experienced and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve as our Rehab Director and lead therapy services in our skilled nursing facility in Viroqua, WI.

The Rehabilitation Director is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and management of the rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing facility. This role provides clinical and administrative oversight of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services while maintaining a high standard of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The Rehabilitation Director also functions as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, providing direct patient care as needed.

We are looking for leaders who:

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited school with a master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • 1 year experience as a treating clinician required
