clinical informatics, with at least 5 years in senior people leadership roles.Demonstrated experience managing large, distributed technical teams (10+ direct/indirect reports) in a fast-paced healthcare or life sciences environment.Deep expertise in clinical data standards and interoperability frameworks (HL7 FHIR, HL7 v2, SNOMED CT, ICD-10, LOINC).Knowledge of modern data engineering tools and platforms (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, or equivalent).Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale data governance programs in regulated healthcare environments.Strong understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11) and their operational implications.Experience with AI/ML integration into data pipelines and a clear point of view on applying AI to automate and modernize data workflows.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.Preferred QualificationsExperience in clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, or real-world evidence data environments.Familiarity with FAIR data principles and federated data architectures.Certifications in cloud
