Job description

We're partnering with a growing organization seeking a Data Integrity Specialist to join their operations team in Columbus, OH. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to work with large datasets, support critical business processes, and ensure the accuracy of operational and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the energy, utilities, pipeline, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries where data accuracy and analysis are essential. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate discrepancies are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Review, validate, and maintain operational data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Analyze system variances and investigate discrepancies across multiple data sources
  • Support month-end processes by preparing and reconciling data used for operational and financial reporting
  • Monitor quality metrics and identify trends, inconsistencies, or areas requiring further review
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve data-related issues
  • Create reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support business decision-making
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis
  • Experience within the energy, utilities, pipeline, industrial, manufacturing, or comparable industry preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, vlookups, and data analysis
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with operational, financial, or technical data
  • Exposure to reporting tools, databases, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar technologies is a plus
Pay Details: $33.00 to $38.00 per hour
