Job description

Join us at RE/MAX Professionals as a Business Operations Manager and be a part of a high-performing real estate team that prioritizes excellence, integrity, and care. Here, we believe that real estate is more than just transactions—it's about guiding people through major life transitions with clarity and trust. You'll be stepping into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where collaboration and innovation are key. Our team operates with Christian values, ensuring that honesty, accountability, and a genuine desire to serve others are at the heart of everything we do.
In this role, you'll work closely with our leadership to enhance day-to-day operations and support our real estate and property management functions. This isn't just an administrative job; it’s an opportunity to think strategically and execute with precision. You'll improve systems, manage projects, and drive organizational excellence. If you're highly organized, proactive, and enjoy bringing order to complexity, this position is perfect for you. Embrace the challenge of creating structure, leveraging technology, and making a meaningful impact within a collaborative, high-expectation team. If this sounds like the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.

Compensation:

$35 - $50 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and streamline daily operations to ensure our team functions smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our mission and values.
  • Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion of key objectives.
  • Enhance our real estate and property management systems to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
  • Manage budgets and financial planning to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals within the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in business operations, operations management, project management, executive support, real estate operations, property management, or a related business environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and improving business processes, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, vendors, timelines, budgets, and business initiatives from planning through completion.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including experience tracking expenses, budgets, vendor performance, and operational metrics.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, KPIs, or scorecards to support business decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small, high-performing team.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, project management software, and cloud-based business applications.
  • Comfortable learning and leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve business operations and efficiency.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in residential real estate operations.
  • Property management experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting a business owner or executive leadership team.
  • Event planning or project coordination experience.
  • Experience with transaction management systems, MLS, or real estate CRMs.
  • Colorado Real Estate License preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
