LICSW Leadership Opportunity- Substance Abuse Clinic- Framingham 


Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker needed for Adult Outpatient Substance Abuse Clinic in Framingham, MA


Clinician duties include: Responsible for ensuring that the emotional and social needs of the patients are met in accordance with the clinics policies and procedures, federal and state regulations and applicable standards of care.


Provide patient centered culturally sensitive, psychotherapy to clients with various mental illnesses and diagnoses.


May provide individual, couple and family therapy


Participate in the formation of the total care plan for each patient based on medical, behavioral health, and psychosocial needs of the patient. 


Coordinate with outside agencies and community service providers, i.e., mental health organizations, to meet psychosocial and emotional needs of patients and families


Opportunity to advance into a leadership role which will include supervision of team clinicians, creating schedules, assuring productivity
