Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provides professional support to the Service Region Administrative/Clinical Associate.
  • Requests and collects confidential information which are utilized for complex cases.
  • Drafts or prepares correspondence, detail forms or other materials.
  • Answers inquiries and provides detailed information in person, by telephone or by electronic mail.
  • Checks, maintains or prepares records such as financial documents, office payroll, time and attendance or related documents.
  • Prepares daily, monthly or annual records or reports.
  • Orders office supplies and/or maintains inventory of equipment, furniture or other items.
  • Schedules appointments or meetings for Service Region Clinical Associate.
