Your Role

As a Manager of Analytics, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of reporting projects for different healthcare organizations. Your responsibilities will include gathering reporting requirements, designing and developing reports, conducting testing and validation, and providing post-implementation support. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the reporting projects.

For this role you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Certifications
    • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), or similar professional certification preferred
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data product management, including experience leading analytics initiatives or teams
    • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within analytics, business intelligence, or data products
    • Demonstrated experience partnering with clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions
    • Experience defining and delivering analytics products based on customer problems, use cases, desired outcomes, adoption, and organizational value
    • Experience prioritizing analytics initiatives and competing stakeholder demands based on business impact and strategic value
    • Strong experience translating between technical analytics teams and nontechnical business and healthcare stakeholders
    • Demonstrated focus on adoption, usability, and measurable value of analytics products, beyond the delivery of dashboards and reports
    • Healthcare analytics experience strongly preferred, with an understanding of how clinical, operational, financial, and executive audiences use data to support decision-making
