Job Description:

Job Summary

Responsible for directing daily workflow and supervising image records and reception staff across multiple hospital campuses and clinics to ensure operational consistency and performance standards. Implements integrated operations and staff education programs, and administers policies related to hiring, payroll, placement, and orientation. Coordinates compliance and safety training, maintains adequate staffing levels, and supports radiology image management to ensure quality control. Oversees administrative activities, operations, facilities, supervision, and direct patient care in assigned clinical areas. Ensures delivery of competent nursing services and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.


Essential Functions

Prepares, coordinates, and implements work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and cross-training across multiple teams and locations.

Manages recruitment, onboarding, orientation, evaluation, and disciplinary processes for support staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Oversees and optimizes daily clinical, clerical, and administrative workflows to support efficient patient flow and service delivery.

Manages Image Records and digital assets, ensuring quality control, compliance, and appropriate access for internal and external partners.

Develops, implements, and monitors training, continuing education, and competency programs for support staff, including creation of materials and success metrics.

Serves as departmental liaison and representative at meetings, committees, and with external partners, addressing operational issues and supporting enterprise initiatives.

Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and privacy requirements, providing education and coordinating with compliance teams as needed.

Compiles, analyzes, and reports operational data, supporting process improvement, resource management, and informed decision-making.


Performs other duties as assigned.


Education Requirement

High school diploma or equivalent and vocational/technical training in a designated technical area


Experience Requirement

0-4 years of relevant supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of training and supervisory/team lead experience typically required


An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

All experience must be paid and in the same related field.

Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.

Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
