Position Summary

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) at Limitless ABA, LLC provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the direct supervision of a BCBA. This Hybrid RBT position combines both center-based and in-home/community-based services, allowing therapists to work in multiple environments while helping children develop meaningful skills across settings.


RBTs implement treatment plans, collect data, and support clients in developing functional, social, communication, adaptive living, and behavior management skills.


Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.

Key ResponsibilitiesImplement Treatment Plans

Carry out behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans developed by the supervising BCBA to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Provide Direct 1:1 ABA Therapy

Deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, and community environments.

Collect and Record Data

Accurately document client progress, behavior data, and treatment outcomes using electronic data collection systems.

Collaborate with Families and Clinical Team

Maintain professional communication with caregivers and provide feedback to supervising clinicians regarding client progress and barriers to treatment.

Utilize Technology

Use tablets and web-based software to collect data, review programs, complete session notes, and communicate with the clinical team.

Promote a Positive Learning Environment

Create a fun, engaging, safe, and structured environment that promotes learning, independence, and dignity for every client.

Participate in Professional Development

Attend supervision meetings, trainings, and team events while maintaining BACB compliance and RBT certification requirements.

Qualifications Required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current RBT certification with the BACB (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR/First Aid certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Respond quickly from seated or kneeling positions
  • Stand for at least 15 minutes at a time
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in ABA, education, mental health, childcare, or related fields
  • College coursework in psychology, education, social work, or a related field
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
